    _paper cuts are something you never expect to get, kind of like this little pack of percussive paper samples. Add texture and layer up your drum sounds with these tasty crinkles, tears, cuts, flicks, folds, and rubs. 39 samples, ready to play in an Ableton 11 Drum Rack with some useful macro controlled effects and presets thrown in. You can also just grab the WAV samples and make your own audible origami however you like, and there's an Ableton .adg file to import into whatever Ableton session you have going already.

      Ben confirms that winning Producer of the Year at the Junos in 2020 takes more than just a keen ear and a bunch of gear. Music production is a way of life, and it’s something that owns you, something you can’t escape. Ben’s studio is literally a few feet from ours inside Fader Mountain Sound in Vancouver, but you wouldn’t know it because he’s always locked inside his space creating something that will inevitably be great.

        music : Ukiyo - Parting Ways


        Not everyone can help make someone’s music into a record, but Tim has has taken his passion for music and audio engineering, and turned it into his own studio, built with his own hands. How far are you willing to go? How much will you give to bring out the best in others? What kind of space do you need to create?


        Tim is known for his precision when it comes to engineering, but precision isn’t his only talent. When it comes to music, Tim is also an accomplished player and composer. Working mainly in heavier genres of music, Tim’s musical expression shows a grace and ease that rivals his skills in the studio. He couldn’t have previously imagined that he’d be in the position he’s in these days, but we couldn’t imagine him doing anything else.
