It's been 5 whole years since our very first release on July 10, 2021, when we dropped a free vocal one-shot pack named, _free speech - which is still free today! When we first launched our no-subscription, lifetime membership model, Subsocial Forever, we had a small collection of releases, and we promised more sounds forever. Here we are 5 years later with a catalogue too bug to even remember what's in it.
Each year the price to entry has increased to reflect the cost of entry, which is based on the number of releases that grows. We thought it would be nice to rewind to simpler and cheaper times for a week, to celebrate the past 5 years of sounds.
Our catalogue has grown a lot over the past 5 years, and we feel like we're still getting started. Recently we announced a plan to update older releases in more formats, and future releases as standalone plugins and software. We're happy to report that work on more multi-format releases is underway, and our very first VST/Au plugin is coming very soon. All current and future Subsocial Forever members will also receive all future software and plugins at no extra charge. Forever.
